Yes, finally we’ve got the go ahead. I’m kicking off the end of March with 4 outdoor sessions a week. A celebration of the first lifting of restrictions.  I can’t wait!

The classes I’ve got in mind are:

Saturday 8.30am Bootcamp
Tuesday 9.30am Outdoor circuits
Wednesday 6.00pm Outdoor Strength/HIIT
Thursday 7.00am Early Risers Fitness Blast

The Thursday early risers will be dependant on the uptake so if you could let me know if this one interests you that would be useful. I’ll be putting a poll out next week.

We can take up to 30 people and bookings will be available on the website w/c 15 March so keep your eye out.

7 Day Fitness Challenge
In the meantime and especially for those of you who’ve lost your mojo.  I’ll be running a FREE 7 day fitness challenge to help put a sprint back into your step and leading up to 29 March.  The challenge will be run via facebook and insta so don’t forget to follow and like/share my pages along the way.

Day 1 – will start with a short strength challenge
Day 2,3,4,6,6,7 – Each day I’ll be adding to the sequence a new exercise so by Day 7 you’ll be up and running with fire in your belly for a Spring Fitness Blast.
