Welcome to my site, Total Body Fitness. My name is Lindsay and I have been a fitness instructor for the last 18 years.

I offer a variety of classes to suit many levels of fitness and ages and pride myself on getting to know my clients to give them a one to one experience in a friendly group environment.

With the recent changes my classes are now both face to face and live streamed into a private group of which you can subscribe to monthly or jump in for one class.

Moving with the current changes has been a challenging time for us all but our ‘health is our wealth’ and it’s my mission to motivate you and keep your fitness & nutrition goals in check.

Total Body Fitness over the years has become a small family and anyone who joins us is always welcomed into the group with no pressure to feel, look or perform in any particular way.

I have a team of excellent support coaches  on the team. Sarah, Diana, Lee and Hannah all of who I  couldn’t do without.

Alongside my live classes I also offer my health, wellness and nutrition programmes. I run these programmes throughout the year to help you find a healthy balance, kick out the old unhealthy habits and learn how to build new healthy ones

Setting realistic goals and understanding how your mind and body react to certain foods and addressing the BIG rocks such as Mindset, Motivation, Sleep, Stress, Hormones which run alongside good nutrition and fitness …. These are all key factors which lead to weightloss and health goals

The the programmes are all online with a mix of live coaching via video links.

My next programme will be in January 2021 when we will be stripping out the old and replenishing with a healthy new you
