Welcome to my site, Total Body Fitness. My name is Lindsay and I have been a fitness instructor for the last 18 years.

I offer a variety of classes to suit many levels of fitness and ages and pride myself on getting to know my clients to give them a one to one experience in a friendly group environment.

Total Body Fitness over the years has become a small family and anyone who joins us is always welcomed into the group with no pressure to feel, look or perform in any particular way.

I have a team of excellent support coaches around me, Diana & Sarah, who I couldn’t do without.

Alongside my live classes I also offer KICK START which is my nutrition, fitness & wellness programmes.

Fitness is just part of our overall health & wellbeing & my Kick Start programmes addresses all the other BIG rocks that affect not only weightloss but us overall as an individual. Mindset, Motivation, Sleep, Stress, Hormones and the list goes on….

The the programmes are all online with a mix of live coaching via video links.
