So another week is done and dusted and next week we celebrate 1 whole year of online. I can’t believe where the time has gone.  In celebration of our years anniversary I’m running a birthday bonanza 7 Day Fitness Challenge.  Each day I’ll be posting a new exercise with reps to complete:

Day 1 – exercise 1
Day 2 – exercise 1 & 2
Day 3 – exercise 1,2 & 3

And so on until you’ve got a bank of 7 classes.  Starts Monday 15th March everyone so if you’re looking to spring back into healthy habits and get your fitness back on track then sign in every morning at 9.15am when I’ll be posting the daily exercise.

Outdoor Sessions
I’ve uploaded the outdoor sessions onto the website starting Tuesday 30 March. Here’s the list of classes on offer. We can accommodate 30 people in the outdoor sessions so please book your place each week.
Bring your own dumbells to all the classes if you have them.

Tuesday –  9.30am Circuits at Queens Park Caterham (behind the pavillion)
This class is equipment based but please bring your own dumbells/kettlebell if you have them as on wet days equipment will be limited.

Wednesday – 6.00pm Outdoor Fitness HIIT Strength & Cardio at Queens Park Caterham (behind the pavillion)
This will be a mix of Strength & HIIT just like the old Weds Ultimate Fat Burn.

Thursday – 7.00am Early Risers at Whyteleafe Park
A mix of everything to give you a full body workout & set you up for the day ahead

Saturday – 8.30am Bootcamp at Whyteleafe Park
Yes we’re back to the good old days. Hills, Cardio, Strength, Core – come rain or shine we’re throwing in all in with options to suit all levels with plenty of options – a great way to start your weekend!

Online Sessions
The online remains and with over 300 classes banked there’s plenty of choice if you can’t make the classes live. Plus you’ve gained two extra classes this month so it’s a win win, and gives everyone the choice to exercise face to face & online.

Pop up Fitness Pilates
Remains online but with Pop up classes outside when the sun is shining.  Giving you the opportunity to come along and join me face to face or again do it from the comfort on your own home/garden.  These will be announced on a weekly basis (weather dependant)
