Lindsay Williams

My name is Lindsay Williams and I have been a fitness instructor for the last 20 years. I offer a variety of classes from indoor and outdoor fat loss bootcamps, Ultimate Fat Burn, Circuits Challenge, Cardio conditioning, LBT Target Toning and Fitness Pilates.

Having spend my earlier years in the hustle and bustle of events organising for a publishing company, once children came along I embraced my passion in fitness and took my basic group fitness qualification.

A few community classes down the line and Total Body Fitness was born. I have been instructing for 20 years and running my business since 2002. Since gaining my instructor qualification I have completed other qualifications including my level 3 nutrition which has allowed me to expand my business from solely group exercise to nutritional coaching.

I have two amazing sons and a great support network of both family and friends who without the business simply wouldn’t have got to where it is now.

Diana Dolce

Bootcamp/HIIT/Boxercise/Circuits & Conditioning Instructor

 Diana is into her 3rd year of becoming a qualified instructor and has played a huge part in building up the business out of the kindness of her heart. 

She is an invaluable member of the team, thorough, committed & an amazing instructor. I couldn’t do without her support !

Sarah

Paracise/Boxercise/Circuits Instructor

Sarah has recently qualified as a fitness instructor and joined the team just 6 months ago immediately after completing her qualification.

She’s thrown herself into teaching with enthusiasm and built up an excellent rapor with the clients.

Sarah is an enthusiastic member of my team and is currently teaching the Paracise class which focuses on muscle memory, balance and mobility issues with the more mature or injured client.

Sarah is a valuable member of total body fitness and we’re really pleased she’s come on board
