Lindsay Williams

My name is Lindsay Williams and I have been a fitness instructor for the last 20 years. I offer a variety of classes from indoor and outdoor fat loss bootcamps, Ultimate Fat Burn, Circuits Challenge, Cardio conditioning, LBT Target Toning and Fitness Pilates.

Having spend my earlier years in the hustle and bustle of events organising for a publishing company, once children came along I embraced my passion in fitness and took my basic group fitness qualification.

A few community classes down the line and Total Body Fitness was born. I have been instructing for 20 years and running my business since 2002. Since gaining my instructor qualification I have completed other qualifications including my level 3 nutrition which has allowed me to expand my business from solely group exercise to nutritional coaching.

I have two amazing sons and a great support network of both family and friends who without the business simply wouldn’t have got to where it is now.

Sarah

Fitness Pilates/Boxercise/Circuits/Freestyle conditioning/Paracise

Sarah is a huge part of TBF and having trained with me in the past and with her passion for fitness decided to take the plunge and become an instructor.  5 years on and she has developed her skills, her confidence and has become a huge part of the team.  

She’s thrown herself into teaching and has blossomed into a fantastic instructor with many talents.  She’s built up an excellent rapport with the clients.

Sarah is also our Paracise instructor. Paracise focuses on muscle memory, balance and mobility issues with the more mature or injured client.. 

Danielle

Bootcamp/HIIT/Boxercise/Circuits & Conditioning Instructor

Danielle is another invaluable member of our team. Having qualified 2 years ago we were quick to snap her up and bring her on board.  I could see immediately she’d be a big asset to TBF.

She brings variety, energy and enthusiasm to all her classes and her support and commitment to her clients and to me is second to none.
