Do you stretch properly after an intense workout ? I mean really stretch ?

We’re all so time poor. Trying to fit everything into our day sometimes means our main focus is getting the workout done ??‍♀️

I MEAN THAT’S THE MOST IMPORTANT THING RIGHT ??? THE FAT BURN ???

WRONG !!!

If you don’t warm up, mobilize and stretch will only result long term in lack of performance and in some cases injury ?

Then your fitness will really take a tumble ?

Consistently working out without mobility & stretch built into your routine will create tighter muscles. ????????????????
Take your hip flexors and hamstrings for instance…
2 muscle groups that if not stretched properly will impair your performance……

These are two of my favorite stretches I’m currently using in my classes. Take your time, hold your stretches and do them a couple of times through on each leg ??
