Hi Everyone,

As promised, I have been paying very close attention to advice given by government and health officials and as there is now a request to follow a social distancing policy, I have to take further action.  With many public places on shut down do now have to start thinking about the implications.  So here’s what I propose.

Classes will continue for the rest of this week, with measures in place but of course this is your decision to come & all I ask is that you follow the guidelines currently put in place.

✅Soap for hand washing – sanitiser also available
✅Wipes / spray for using on any equipment before you use it
✅We are reducing the use of equipment at class & can I suggest bringing your own gloves to boxercise or glove liners

I will review this again as the week goes on but I imagine things will need to change as from next week if not before.  I will look at a reviewed timetable & will definitely be starting up sessions outside.  Boot Camp will also be making a comeback 😉🙌 I’m thinking some early riser bootcamps now that the mornings are lighter but also as the days become longer I can review this and add some evenings in. Your thoughts please

I believe we can run a skeleton timetable for the healthy, fit and strong who are willing to take the extra time to hand wash and do “due diligence”, adhering to the measures in place, but there will be many who are either in self isolation or wanting to stay put, PLUS things are changing daily so …..

I am working this week to put plans in place to keep TBF running as best I can so that once we are on complete lockdown we are all systems go.

Live Studio – I will start streaming live classes which will most likely be delivered via a private facebook group, so am working on a reduced timetable as we speak & will have this up and running ready for when we need it.  Can I suggest if you don’t already have dumbells & an activation band you order one so you are ready with a ‘home studio kit’.  Some useful links:

Online Support

I have packaged up 10 seven day short home workouts which will be available on my website next week (I’m hoping) so that you can purchase these ongoing.  There will be various options available to include live classes, online workouts and online support with a new 6 week kick start programme in the pipeline.

Everything is being prepared this week and I hope to have it all up and running sometime next week. . I’m taking to my web guy to find the easiest way to do this so please bare with me on this as it’s all a bit trial and error so I will iron out any creases as we go along.

Of course for those of you who purchased passes for March you will have access to all the live classes & outdoor sessions until your pass is used up. Once we hit April everything will be up and running with payment options on the website.

So everyone, that’s where I am to date but please keep an eye on my emails and social media platforms as things are changing fast !

My goal is to keep supporting you and my one BIG ASK from you guys is to help me out to by sharing this information to all your family and friends. Now more than ever people will be going online so your support I would greatly appreciate as I’m sure you can imagine this could be detrimental to my business if I don’t get this up and running asap.
