Moving closer to your 40’s 50’s or 60’s as a woman are significant milestones in our lives.

Many changes occur in the body as our hormone levels start to decline that can throw many of us into turmoil. It’s important that we are educated sooner rather than later so that we have the tools to help us manage our symptoms as we reach the menopause.

Yes the BIG M word, there it is, and in my final months of my 40’s I’m lucky enough to have many of these tools already in place to help guide me through this turbulent time in life.

BUT…. there are many women who find the information in the media a minefield and don’t know where to start.

Of course, as a fitness professional, I’m coming at this from a holistic stance, so my role is to help and advise women entering the menopause how to make lifestyle changes to help manage menopausal symptoms (of which there are many).

Addressing lifestyle factors through nutrition, movement, stress and sleep management increases the likelihood of healthy ageing and can reduce the risk(s) of health issues such as poor heart health and heart disease, diabetes, poor immune function and more.

PLUS, having more energy allows you to continue living an active & happier life.
