Although dealing with heart health in this article, I would also say from my PT & group training observations over the years that I’ve been in this industry, that a cross training style of fitness training produces the BEST results, for MOST people!

In other words, externally in terms of how the body shape changes, and internally in terms of a feeling of well being and general health too!

Cross training: hitting the weights for strength training / doing some challenging cardio / HIIT training / Pilates & yoga style classes …. and of course stretch & relax (meditation)

You cannot go far wrong by bringing all these disciplines into your fitness training regime!
