FITNESS PILATES

Fitness Pilates takes traditional Pilates and incorporates other strengthening exercises to create a controlled core & conditioning workout.Improving core, strength & mobility through functional moves that will make you stronger and help prevent injury.This is not a remedial class, yet all exercises are taught to focus on technique and are staggered starting from the basics and working upwards offering a class that can be adapted to suit all levels.We use bands, mini balls and yoga blocks which gives this class a real edge to a traditional Pilates session.We LOVE it !

PILATES & YOGA CORE & DEEP STRETCH

This chilled class is a fusion of Pilates & Yoga.A slow moving flow of exercises working on core muscles, flexibility, mobility & relaxation techniques to leave you feeling super strong, super stretched & chilled, ready for a deep sound sleep.

MENOFIT

As a woman going through the peri to post menopause stages of life, we know that as bone density and collagen starts to deplete.It’s really important we stay on top of our strength & conditioning training to enhance bone density & maintain muscle tone.Attending a group fitness class during these stages can be quite daunting, so this is a space where women can come and work on strength training technique & good form.Ensuring you’re getting the most from the session and giving you the confidence to stay on top of your fitness.We also welcome younger women all these factors are equally important from a younger age.

LEGS BUMS & TUMS (50 MINS)

As it says on the tin. A mix of body weight exercises focusing on toning up those problem areas. Consists of a standing low impact conditioning section with mat work & stretch. 

BOOTCAMP (50 MINS)

Our Bootcamp sessions are combination of Interval training using body weight and dumbbells, with some weeks designed as a circuit-based workout.Challenging yet options offered for all levels so everyone gets to join in.

STRENGTH & CORE (50 MINS)

This session uses body weight dumbbell & other equipment.This class uses various training techniques to work on increasing strength & core.If you enjoy a session that’s challenging, then this ones for you.All exercises are adapted so that everyone can enjoy a great workout !

CIRCUITS

Using various equipment to incorporate strength & cardio this is a versatile, great FULL BODY WORKOUT !

BOXFIT

This is a super fun class that uses basic sequences with other fitness related exercises giving you a low impact cardio fitness class which is suitable for everyone !

Note this class only runs in term time

STRENGTH & CARDIO INTERVALS

This is a full body blitz which uses the interval training method mixing strength and cardio exercises. Low impact options for the cardio exercises are always given to allow everyone to enjoy a great cardio/strength workout.

30 MINUTE STRENGTH (EARLY RISERS)

A new addition to the timetable. For those wanting an early risers class before heading off to work or simply to start your day, this 30 minute class will focus on a quick mobility section and then supersets & other training techniques using dumbbells & body weight

30 MINUTE AB BLAST

As it says on the tin the class will focus on Abs exercising incorporating back and deep core muscles both standing and mat based guaranteed to give you a focused ab blast to start your week or alternatively to take you into our Menofit Class that follows.For all levels.

PARACISE

Paracise is a gentle exercise class which focuses on maintaining mobility, a healthy posture & good balance and is all standing.An excellent starting point for those new to exercise, anyone recovering from injury and needing to get mobile, or simply wanting to stay fit and healthy as we reach our more mature stage in life.A fantastic friendly community and a great space to meet your neighbours while moving to fun music.
