The Bootcamps are designed to suit all levels and fitness abilities

Plenty of encouragement is given to help you achieve your goal and work to your best ability.

You’ll be amazed how much it will change the way you feel about yourself and just how much fun exercise can be when out in the open air amongst your fellow bootcampers! 

We run individual classes during the spring/summer on a Saturday morning & also run 3 week Bootcamps to include 3 classes a week & online nutrition & weightloss advice.

What can Bootcamp achieve?

How does it work?

There are 2 options:

Option 1 – £85

2 bootcamp sessions run during the 3 weeks:

  • Saturday 9.30am, Whyteleafe Park
  • Wednesday 8pm, Whyteleafe School

(these are not part of the TBF regular timetable so are exclusive to bootcampers)

You pick your 3rd class from the TBF general class timetable. This could be another HIIT session i.e Monday 8pm or Circuits 9.30am or perhaps you’d prefer a more core based class like Fitness Pilates to compliment the bootcamp sessions.

Option 2 – £100

For those of you who want to do more than 3 sessions a week then this option is for you. This is a 3 week elimination programme that involves removing inflammatory and toxic foods from the diet. Gluten, Dairy, Wheat & the big one SUGAR!

This allows the digestive system (liver and kidneys) a chance to rest and recover which in turn, alongside the workouts will allow the body to burn fat more effectively resulting in amazing inch loss. Reigniting the body and mindset to function at it’s optimum levels.

How do I know if bootcamp is for me?

Every camper has their own reason for attending bootcamp whether it be to start a new fitness and fat loss regime, maintain their current fitness level or increase fitness levels. The programmes are designed to allow you to work at a pace that is challenging for you and I’ll be behind you 100% encouraging you all the way to achieve that goal. It’s certainly not about keeping up with the next person but working as a group to encourage one another.

What should I expect at the first session?

Bootcamp will be slightly longer than usual to enable you to experience what the sessions involve, allow me to gauge your fitness levels and for you to ask any questions you may have.

All you need is a towel, water and a waterproof jacket if you have one. Please ensure you wear supportive footwear.

Why Total Body Fitness bootcamp works?

Many people spend countless hours pounding the pavements or treadmills in their best attempt to lose weight or tone up. At some point our bodies either reach a plataeu or injury prevents us from pushing ourselves to the levels we need to achieve our goal.

A 45 minute Ultimate Fat Burn session can often equate to around 3 hours of the average persons regular workout and on top of that the metabolic system continues to work hard burning fat throughout the day. Metabolic training is a fat burning programme that keeps on working!!! Sounds perfect doesn’t it?
